I haven’t done a Kid’s Perspective in quite awhile, but Chris quickly reminded me why we do them. Our next door neighbor works at the convenience store just down the road from here. Whenever we drive by, we always stop in to see her if she’s working. I always get a large Diet Coke fountain drink (I’m in the fountain drink club – one more for a free drink!!). Chris came over while I was filling my cup and got some ice out of the dispenser and started eating.

“I love the ice here. It’s so COLD,” he remarked as he accented the word “cold” with chill in his voice. I didn’t think to ask him where he gets ice that it’s not as cold!!
