Representative John Murtha (Murthafocker to me) of Pennsylvania probably paid a lot of money for this judgement.

Tuesday morning, a U.S. Court of Appeals judge dismissed the lawsuit and ruled that Murtha has immunity because he was acting in his official role when he made those comments.

It’s official: you can go around defaming the name of our troops as long as you’re a liberal and it makes us look bad. John Murtha is the same ungrateful idiot that accused our Marines of killing “innocent civilians in cold-blood” without so much as a shred of evidence. As a matter of fact, he insisted “exactly what happened” was that these Marines, among them Frank D. Wuterich and Lance Cpl. Sharratt who were cleared of all charges, “have got some civilians sitting in a room or out in a field and they’re executed just on purpose.” He told CNN’s Wolf Blitzer that there was “no question about it” that the Marines had basically “massacred” innocent Iraqis. He says there are pictures and “proof” that this happened. Yet, there obviously wasn’t any and the Marines were cleared.

Their names were smeared across the American landscape. People protested with their names attached to vulgar profanities. These Marines lives and careers were ended helped in part my Murtha’s irresponsible television bids to secure a House Speaker position he didn’t win!

But it doesn’t matter that Murtha not only said all these things and ruined these lives, but he didn’t even apologize for it. I guess he doesn’t have to since he has the aura of “immunity”. Is it really Congress’s job to defame the name of Marines and Soldiers with impunity?! Is that a part of their official job description as this judge says? Is that Murtha’s “official role” serving the people of Pennsylvania who are too stupid and lazy to vote this bloated airhole out of office?

Murtha disgusts me! I can’t say his name without wanting to spit immediately afterword. I’m not a Marine, but I imagine the Marines are even more sickened that this complete moron was once one of them!
