After exhaustively writing about the stolen valor of St. Charles, MO, resident Ryan Zull on this blog, I can now report that the DA has officially leveled charges against the wanna-be Chief Petty Officer.

While he can’t be charged with lying, which is protected by the First Amendment, he can be charged for using those lies to defraud people.
